You know that Leafs mgmt are thinking about it. And, they will reverse course if Leafs somehow win back to back in Calgary and Edmonton before the break. We gotta re-tool for next season. Do the right thing Brad.

  3. Why would a SOW against the worst team in the league change anything? If it even crossed their mind after that they all should be fired immediately

  4. If requiring a shootout to beat the last place team in the league pulled him back in, then the future is also fucked… not just the present.

  8. If Treliving buys at the deadline, and burns what little assets we have left (in a hail mary bid to make the playoffs), then we’ve officially returned to the perpetual mediocrity of the Peddie/OTPP era.

  13. It’s a wild season. If they were in the West, they’d be out only by two points.

    If you would have said at the beginning of the season that the Leafs would have the same number of points as the two-time defending Stanley Cup champion, everyone would have taken that as a great sign.

    But here we are.

  15. For the love of god sell this deadline and retool in the offseason. I dont see it working out next year either but you never know. Every year we have traded our picks it hasn’t worked out in fact it has back fired in our face.
