23. Coaching is KEY to a team success. So far Minter have made some good hiring for the defensive coaches. This will DEFINITELY make the Ravens a better defensive unit next season after falling off due to the staff exodus in 2023 & the bad hiring of Orr as DC.

Also I don't like this one it's like another ZO. I would prefer Brain Flo, or Schwartz. Did you guys see the Dolphins 22nd ranked defense terrible, I really don't like this one, this seems like a nepo retread hire EDC imprint. I don't see why they would hire Weaver.
