2. Why keep making videos asking Isaac about AD getting traded? It has been clear that he would trade him for a bag of basketballs and a washing machine. I get it, I'm team trade AD, but i think if they were able to also get Newell from Atlanta it would make the trade a home run given the situation.

22. We've had this same episode a gazillion times. Every time I will say the same thing: Cooper Flagg is only 19.

    Max is the only other guaranteed long term rotation player/starter we have. Lively may never be a consistently available player again. Nembhard, Cisse and other guys on Flagg's timeline may or may not even be rotation worthy. We don't have the pieces to gut our team and expect a contender to show up in our laps somehow.

    We have zero control over our own picks after this summer for four years so we have zero incentive to be bad.

    If we trade AD, we have no chance of being anywhere close to a contender for the next few years. And we aren't going to get core young starters or high picks for him in a trade apparently right now. We're wasting the end of Kyrie's career keeping him here too – he's older and more critically injured than AD. We're wasting Klay too. And there's no reason to keep PJ, Naji, Gafford, etc. since they are already mid prime and will be well into their 30s by the time Flagg gets to his prime.

    So if AD and Kyrie aren't trade assets to net us young core pieces that keep us from being dogwater for the next four years, why not just run out the string and worst case scenario, let them expire in two years and get $80m in cap space with a 21 year old Flagg?

35. Kind of crazy how the first and last trade of Luka's Mavs career were for guys who aren't even in his stratosphere. First he gets traded for Trae Young and then for AD, neither of which can even sniff Lukas Jock strap at the time of the trade and then at the point the team that once believed against Luka is ready to move on nobody wanted them. Then the two biggest in season trades of Luka's career were for often injured and over hyped centers who usually go by their initials; KP then AD. It's not a lot, but weird that both of these happened twice and both of them involve AD.

38. If the NBA didn't rig the draft, Nico, The Aldersons, and Dumont probably wouldn't be safe in Dallas. Healthy AD is amazing, but he hasn't been so this will be an interesting time to see what management does.
