  1. I think Davis Webb is being overrated. He's never called plays, and who knows how much he is actually helping Bo Nix. He is just a big unknown. To think he could be a head coach next year is crazy. He will need to go be an OC for another team before he gets a head coaching job.

  2. The bad part of this hire is that now the Raiders hired Klint Kubiak which is likely a franchise altering head coach hire. Klint Kubiak is a great offensive mind. The AFC West is stacked now
