Top NFL tight ends to come out of Iowa:
– George Kittle (San Francisco 49ers)
– Sam LaPorta (Detroit Lions)
– T.J. Hockenson (Minnesota Vikings)
– Noah Fant (Cincinnati Bengals)
– Dallas Clark (Indianapolis Colts 2003 – 2011, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2012, Baltimore Ravens 2013)

Texans Today host Jeremy Chuggs believes the James Ferentz hire is a good one that will help out the Texans OC Nick Caley. The 2025 NFL season was an up-and-down year for Nick Caley, but as a first time play caller he showed promise to hopefully get better for the 2026 NFL season. The Texans OL should be the top priority for Nick Caserio and the Texans front office. The Houston Texans need to get more physical before the 2026 NFL season. The 2026 NFL season is make-or-break for Texans Nick Caley and should be expected to be in the lab all offseason long.

  1. Why does everyone keep avoiding the elephant in the room? Davis Mills can manage this offense quiet well, His first 2 years were with crap coaches and no weapons and he still eked out 3 wins per year. If CJ had stayed injured, there's no doubt in my mind we would be in the Super Bowel now. Trade CJ for a lot of stuff. Draft a new quarterback and lets go win a superbowl. Davis may not be as good on paper as CJ, but he avoids making stupid mistakes. With our defense, avoiding turnovers is a no brainer. It's clear CJ is scared and his big baby attitude on the sidelines made me sick. A strong fan the first year, but no more.

  2. Im so tired of everyone saying Nick Caley got better at calling the offense. No he didn't Demeco gave up calling his defense to put in extra time simplifying the offense.. New tight end coach i knew he would be from New England. New England south Casiro will fire Demeco over the offense when he have hired all his people to run it. No 1 can run tom Brady offense except him look at Drake Mayo he hasn't done anything in the playoffs in that offense

  3. Currently Texans offense ia 23rd. After off season we shall see.
Caley? That nonsense about sidnt javw TE or Rab isnt working. While it matters it wasnt the end all. He had nothing but horrible playbook all year. Just like CJ this is the last try for Caley

  4. I actually think Nick Caley did pretty well, especially towards the middle/end of the season. He really got things figured out and did his job. Call me crazy, but I actually like Caley at the OC position. And when you consider it was his first time calling plays, man.. I actually think he did excellent. Considering the troubles with CJ Stroud and the offensive personnel, Nick Caley could have easily given up and been like man we’re screwed. But he didn’t. I think Caley is our guy at OC. Just watch.

  5. Nick Caley as a HC candidate after next year lol…. Texans made a big mistake by keeping him! Our window of opportunity is opened for a couple more years, defense can't continue to carry the offence forever. We're going to waste another year with Nick as OC!!!
