I’m still a little surprised by Winnipeg, their 2nd and 3rd round picks next draft will be nice return for a player that never even skated for the Pens, hell I don’t think he even took a flight here to check in or sign things. Seriously I figured with their record at the time the trade was made they’d basically be 3rd 4th round picks more or less.

Leafs under 3% to make the playoffs warms my soul.
We should be all in on winning the cup. We should be buyers. I’m not sure what we need but we should get it. Teams in eighth place make the finals. Anything can happen in the playoffs.
And quite frankly we are due for luck going our way.
If the St Louis Blues can win the cup a few years back we can.
