No, not really. When Paolo is out, Franz usually has Suggs available. When Franz is out, Suggs seems to be out too, and others on top of that. Mostly coincidence but it needs to be taken into account with these sorts of things

I really want to see this team with another coach, being out on Paolo (or Franz, Suggs, AB) would be premature without seeing them in another system

Franz has collapsed in the playoffs two years in a row. His efficiency is significantly worse than Paolo’s against playoff defenses.
We’re ride or die with Paolo for a reason. If he doesn’t make a leap we’re going nowhere. A team with Franz as its best player is a first-round out.
