Just thought this was a unique find. He ended up switching to 13 before ultimately settling with 10.

I still wish he kept 87 since turning it upside down would look like LB. LB387 with three stacked lines as the 3 would be a nice trademark symbol.
I would be careful with random sports memorabilia auctions. There are several groups that set up silent auctions with orgs that traffic in counterfeit items. Check out who authenticated this.

My brother’s friend found a Luther 87 helmet for us at an auction a few weeks ago and we got it recently. Look good! Will be nice on the bar.
