I trust the Eagles front office 1000%. Stoutland was probably the best O Line coach in the league bar none, but it was also a fact that his views on the run game were a bit archaic and that his preferences for how plays should be held play design back at times.
He wasn’t going to be here forever, and I don’t mind the change too much.

Everyone wanted changes on offense. You’re getting it. And they’re right to not go halfway. If Mannion has a way he wants to play and Stoutland isn’t on board he has to go.
The running game and offensive line did not work last year. Obviously injuries played a big part in that but things needed to change and they need someone fully committed to that change
I just lost my job and this is by far the worst news I heard today
Rapaport fast follow tweeted that he’s sticking with the org, just not as a coach but an advisor.
Rappaport reported he’s staying with the organization just not coaching anymore
Edit: ZB confirmed will be around team in unofficial capacity and that team wanted him back coaching but stout decided to stop coaching

The OC search was 100× more difficult than it needed to be, and allowing Stout to walk let’s us know how weak Sirannis internal governance of staff is. Plus Vic almost called it a day.
The common denominator is Sirianni. I hope I am wrong, but it looks like everyone is fleeing the titanic as it is going down.
