  1. If they get Valdez that should complete the rotation and if they could trade for a 3rd baseman like a bohm barger baty vientos and Rafael Flores should be our opening day starter at catcher and griffin will likely be our opening day ss so we have a chance this year

  2. Triolo should be on 3rd for the whole season. Guy is a gold glove and his offense will get better. Stop the dumb stuff talking about giving away more talent for a 3rd baseman when you have a solid one. Bring KG up and sign Framber.

  3. that's one hell of a rotation if Framber Valdez is added. Build on the strength of the team and if he's great and the team still isn't competitive, you can trade him at the deadline. But that rotation with a gold glove 3rd basemen and Konnor Griffin getting the opportunity to play consistently at SS would be a great scenario.

  4. Problem isn’t pitching it’s scoring runs. They averaged around 3 runs a game when Skenes pitched and that’s why he was 10-10. League average was 4.5 runs per game. Pirates ranked last in average runs per game at 3.6. They ranked 5th in runs given up. Got to score to win.

  5. The Pirates have baited the Media with every single Big Free Agent on the Market. Feigning Competitiveness. Bob Nutting never had any intention of increasing payroll. This is his way of saying, "We Tried." This organization is completely ridiculous.
