So it’s ok to have a TE who only catches passes and doesn’t block or play special teams? Because that was the problem with Gesicki according to McDipshit. Remember when McDipshit said when Gesicki is on the field it telegraphs to the defense the TE is not going to block and that was a big problem for pass protection? And it made special teams more complicated? What a bunch of bullshit. How the fuck was that incompetent hired as head coach? Oh yeah two words, Steve Ross.
If you can get a veteran at any position, you get him. Aaron would be good for the development of Ewers and any other young QB. One of Miami's main issues was the development of young talent without the tutolige of veterans to teach them how to be professional and certain aspects of the game.
Tannehill could have benefited greatly from sitting behind Garard and the same for Tua with Fitzpatrick. Bring Aaron and allow the game to maturate in the young QBs.
