  2. He ain’t taking 2 for 20, I think he was just on a 1 for 18. His value might be slightly lower due to the arm injury but probably closer to 15 a year, not 10

  4. I think this is semi-likely especially if Hendrickson or JFM isn’t in the cards. A playable assistant DL coach to get our young players to the next level and give them someone to learn from. Far worse options out there, plus Mack can still put up some numbers when he’s out there.

  6. Would love to see it. Mack and Sweat at the edges would improve our pass rush, would still need another lineman though.

  10. You give him a 1 year deal if anything. I think it’d be cool, but he’s not the same player. Better than what we have, still strong against the run, but as a pass rusher he won’t consistently impact games.

  12. I respectfully disagree, I was watching him with the Chargers during the playoffs and he was being bullied by the O-Line, I think his best days are long gone

  20. 2 years is too many. We are already overpaying Sweat, we are overpaying Jarrett, and we are way overpaying Dayo. In what rational world would we just keep repeating overpaying dlinemen to be mid? We just really need a defense heavy draft. I don’t care if it is every pick.

    I think any money spent needs to be a leadership/starter style role in the back 7, like S/LB, then add an influx of defensive talent in the draft. Could also see a trade for a short term LT, which will require cap space.

    Edge is going to be hard to figure out, but mafe/Mack arent worth the money. They probably draft a pair of DL in the first 4 rounds is my guess. Get a giant run stopper and a project edge.

    Love mack, but they do need to penny pinch a bit with wright/caleb/Rome looming, and a need to pounce on an elite DL if one becomes available.

  29. Too old. Hendrickson is the only DE I want. Crosby would be better but not worth the draft picks plus huge contract that will follow.

  33. Give me Mack and a 1st RD pass rusher over paying Trey Hendrickson.

    But they really need to do whatever it takes to get Crosby.

  35. If they could get him for cheap that would be nice. I would rather have him than Maxx Crosby. Mack would definitely be cheaper.

  42. I want Mack back, I know he’s old now but I miss him. Plus he ain’t ever gonna win a playoff game with king choker Justin Herbert leading. Needs a QB like Caleb fr.
