  1. Ivar is the top guy in this draft class.. he was awesome (as a 17-year old) in the playoffs for Frölunda last year, and he was the best player in the biggest games at the WJC for team Sweden.. I would want a player like that on my team, he looks like the next William Nylander

  2. I would be surprised if there was any interest in Foligno.
I would keep Mikheyev, unless the offer was just too sweet.
All other vets on a case by case basis, most I wouldn’t give away, look at how well Grzlek has played, Dickenson when healthy is a solid two way center.
Bookish before his injury was carrying the puck into the attack zone on the PP, so they all have some value. If you want to free up a roster spot, fine, but which of the kids is ready for full time NHL?

  3. The holier-than-thou crap can fuck off. If you don't want to draft him because of this, I hope you also wish the Hawks had traded Kane after the cabbie incident. How would that have worked out for the Hawks? Say goodbye to the three Cups. You win with talent. If Kyle Davidson/Danny Wirtz/Jamie Faulkner don't want McKenna because of this, they should go fuck themselves too.

  4. Bottom line, draft McKenna and he instantly becomes the second best player in the organization. The only player not named Bedard who has an elite level ceiling.
