1. We are so lucky to have had this man as part of the franchise historically, let alone to have him driving the team for our future

3. Even when it comes to Matt’s detractors, (like Swift from the old AFMB days), **no one** could ever question his work ethic.

   Will he know everything he needs to? Of course not.

   Will he work at it every day and talk to people that will make him better?

   Stefanski is coach, but Matty Ice will have his influence also.

7. I think it all boils down to Cunningham. If he can stock the shelves with talent and manage the cap wisely, the Falcons will do well. Stefanski has proven he can win with a good roster. Cunningham needs to prove that he can be a good GM.

13. Matt knows how to lead athletes. He also knows X’s and O’s. He also is smart enough to have the right people around him to run a business.

    In telling you……we’re gonna see a LOT of success and it’s gonna be largely because of him.

    Matt also has also been the hardest worker in the room. Everyone under him will HAVE to follow that standard.
