Accepting that there is no actual good option, I’m much happier with Mac Jones than Kyler Murray
Depends on the price. Jets don’t have a 3rd rounder this year and we need darts at the dart board.

I’d rather trade for Mac over every other possible trade option/free agency outside of Brissett.
Mac Jones would be a better option than Kyler Murray or Kirk Cousins.
Still think we should try for Malik Willis.

As long as we get rid of Fields and try to draft a developmental QB, I don’t have a strong preference on who the bridge is. We aren’t going to be good this year so I’d rather take a shot with someone who has upside or can teach.

Since they play at MetLife trade for Mac and sign brissett and draft a QB in the 2-3rd round.
Use cap and the other picks to fill out the roster and get a WR at 16 for sure
Mac Jones seems too competent to help us tank. Unless the stench of the Jets consumes him as well and he tears his Achilles in week 1

I would rather have Mac after a tour with the niners, like Sam did, than many of the other names I am hearing. No interest in seeing Fields again, or Kyler, or many others.
Was incredibly high on Mac jones out of college. Not as a ceiling game changer but I really thought he could be a top 5-10 QB. He had a knack for knowing where guys would be even if he wasn’t looking, and just great pocket awareness and movement. Sucks the pats ruined him (feels great to say that), but Kyle shanahan knows what he’s doing with rehabbing QBs. I’d trade for him pretty comfortably

While Jones doesn’t exactly give me a hard on, I am really bothered and disturbed by all the independent stories coming out of Arizona about how Kyler Murray does not love football. No thanks!
