  1. wish they could’ve agreed on a reasonable 2 year deal and kept him w this group

respect to Cam Thomas great run w Nets.

hope he signs w a contender like Denver or Houston

  2. Not shocking to me. It was the obvious move, there was no Market for him and he needed to go. I was advocating for waiving him if he wasn't traded in a Nets FB group I was in,.

  3. I wish Cam Thomas the best, we drafted him, and he had some great moments. I hope he balls out and sticks in the league. Not surprised he was waived, he didn't get any offers in the summer, seems like no real trade offers for him and now at the vet min, it seems like teams are more willing to take a chance on him. Nets were done with Cam and Cam was done with the Nets.

  4. Marks does it again. He loses an asset for nothing. I don’t really care about keeping Thomas I don’t think he was a fit at all but the Nets never truly bought into Cam Thomas and I’m not sure why Marks didn’t trade him last deadline or the off season before that. Anyone with half brain understood just from the teams messaging that they were not interested in signing Thomas to a big time deal and that Thomas was not going to change his opinion of his value.

  5. Cam Thomas is a bucket nets undervalued him he’s been improving his passing and playmaking they used him wrong he’ll be great for many playoff teams

  6. Smart move on him to use his no trade clause. That’s what really happened. Nets tried to trade him 3 times and he rejected it. He is going to a winning team with a better culture. Stay tuned for Saturday!

  7. Cam was the reason I had renewed interest in the Nets to pick as my team. Originally, I began paying attention in the D’Lo, Caris LeVert and Jarrett Allen era. I was still a favorite player first NBA fan (Paul George), but for awhile I had been wanting to choose a team to be loyal to. It wasn’t until I recognized PG and the Clippers were done with their relationship that I saw Cam drop 40 on the Clips, and I thought “wow, this guy is so fun”. From then on, I decided the Nets were my team. It’s sad to see him go, I wish it could’ve been different, but I wish him the best of luck on a new team.

  8. i always believed his time with Kyrie and Durant spoiled him. Those two taking him aside, under their wing, playing one on one during practices, set a certain mindset in CT, perhaps an over-inflated sense of self and entitlement?
Maybe the Rockets should pick him up? He can join up with his mentor.

  9. Still talking about “All just scoring “ makes me wonder
Have you really watched the game?
He kept creating shots for Traore and Saraf , they just can’t make it.
    How can you ignore that?
