I don’t really get this move. I figured he could get 3 weeks off to try to put some more weight on. Plus Levshunov gets to go to Florida for a 3 week vacation so it doesn’t make sense that Sam doesn’t, unless Rockford needs bodies for the roster
See I think this move makes sense. It keeps his momentum going and he gets to continue running the PP point. Doesn’t bother me tbh

can they send anyone down there? just put bedsy down there
I would assume all the young players not going to the Olympics and determined to need the rest more than the continuity would go play in the NHL during the break.
Once Murphy or Gryzleck is traded, I would expect him back up.
Rockford likes hearing that given their position in standings.
