I get it, he was insanely overhyped in high school and had a bad rookie year. But holy shit, anytime we’ve given him PT he’s played his role perfectly and he has great handles and makes tons of crazy shots, I think all the time he spent playing basketball elsewhere really improved this dude like crazy

  1. He made the plays and moves he needed to make when the spotlight was on. I’ve seen many guys on our team and off that just couldn’t get it done when that happened. Zay, Winston, TBJ, PBJ, and a bunch of other dudes that wound up having to go overseas. Hope Rife sticks

  2. I like him a lot, and he seems to be making veteran moves on the court in spite of still being young. The issue is that I don’t know if he will be able to get over the “small guard” hurdle unless he develops an elite skill in addition to just being a good hooper. If he can learn it from anyone it will be Trae Young though, and if nothing else he seems like he would be a good person to lead the G-League team and help the next crop of young guys develop in the flow of the offense.

  3. Two small guards in the back court. We have some decision to make. He was balling yesterday though

  4. 🫡Yup, give him AJ’s slot on the depth chart. Any reason will work to make sure we Do Not keep lockerroom poison Dlo on this team 👍

  5. If he doesn’t… he’ll get packaged into a deal that ends up netting us a draft pick or a piece to help us contend.

    In Dawkins we trust

  6. Bro had one good game 😭😭 averages 4 pts and has recorded one steal in the last 5 games. I could care less about what the wizards do with him.

I am not hating on sharife, i loved watching him play last night, but damn yall just fall all over a player after one good game or one good stint.
