  1. Weird how all the offenses have bunched up, I remember when we looked at this chart a couple weeks ago the offensive ratings were way more spread out. I don’t think this was a larger sample size than that one so it’s not like that just got influenced by outliers either. Wonder what’s causing that

Edit: these axes also aren’t labeled so it’s possible that the defensive efficiencies have gotten way more spread out and they just shrunk the entire graph to show that, which makes the offensive efficiencies look more bunched.

  2. Looks like our record finally caught up to our net rating. We had a stretch where we were like 5-5 with the best net rating in the league. Man if we just didn’t drop some of those games to bottom feeders like Nets, Pacers 2x, and NOLA when they were winless we’d be right behind Philly putting pressure for that 6 spot.

  3. I genuinely can’t believe the turnaround we’ve had. I’m still so traumatized that i’m like “ehhh it’ll end soon and we’ll be the same old Hornets again” but they keep going

  4. The defense is what has been truly elite and we really only have 2- 3 good defenders in the rotation. The Coach Lee master class for us all to witness is special. Wait until another year passes and we have more of the guys they want. This is a special time to be a Hornets fan. Glad we all hung on tight through the losing.

  5. Been trying to get everyone to see that this is who we really are, im just glad everyone is finally seeing and believing how good this group actually is.

    Buzz buzz motherfuckers

  6. It’s too bad Philly is 6 games ahead of us for 6th place. It’s not impossible, but it would be crazy to catch them.

  7. It’s still hard to process what this all means. The Hornets are clearly very talented, but did they actually flip a switch and become elite just like that? I want to believe. The stats back it up. Teams definitely aren’t taking the Hornets lightly anymore and they’re still getting smacked around
