too bad there was no classy effort on defense, or classy hustle plays, or classy playoff wins, or anything of actual class that happened during his tenure
goodbye to the softest least physical player in the association
Go win a playoff series Vucci Mane. I’m sure he’ll be back to visit a steakhouse now and then
Grew up around Chicago, been in Boston last 10 years.
The fall off in food scene Vucci is about to experience is extremely real.
Nice to see one that doesn’t feel like a copy-paste job provided by their agent.
No hard feelings for Vuch, for all the ups and downs, he was a professional. Actually glad we shipped him off to an actually competent team so he can get an opportunity to win a playoff series
He is so right, I travel a lot for work in and out of various places nationally and internationally, Chicago does ruin it for me sometimes. Chicago is an excellent food city and I rate it very high amongst other big cities.
I was legitimately waiting for him to mention the food. Was worried when I made it more than halfway through and he hadn’t mentioned it.
Luckily, Vucci Mane came in clutch.
Pounds in the trash can vucci do the dishes, for the last time 🙁
One love vucci mane
Boston food is gonna suck 😞
The team will miss him more than the fanbase will admit
We never utilized him correctly…
maybe the most professional athlete we’ve seen in a bulls’ jersey?
A total pro all the way to the end, all the best with the Celtics Big Vuc!
Thanks for the memories Vucci Mane! Hope you get to have a big playoff run, I refuse to cheer for the C’s but I hope you ball out!
game winning threes and an upper body full of cupping bruises, vuc is the dude.
What a classy dude. The food comment killed me lol
We’ll look back in a decade and appreciate Vuc’s time in Chicago much like we have done with Boozer (or at least I will anyway)
Vuc is the C version of Carlos Boozer. Classy players.
I read this in his voice and accent – I hope Boston catches on that’s it’s a simple game. Go knock em dead, Vooch.
I feel that last part. I end up being disappointed by the food almost anywhere I go in the US outside of NYC.
Hated the trade from the first moment, but loved the guy for all his time here. Good player, good teammate, classy person.
I moved away from Chicago 10 years ago, I still miss the food and the people the most
