  1. The problem with the Knicks is size.

As good as Leon Rose has been in building up the Knicks from nothing into a contender, he has had a big blind spotL Bigs.

Rose dropped the ball on Hartenstein, that was a monumental miscalculation – the Knicks should have wrapped up Isaiah early on, but dawdled.

And then he has continually obsessed with guards and small wings.
Alvarado was an OK pick up, I guess, but the Knicks desperately need size.
As big of a bum as Yabusele was, at least he had some size – and getting rid of him made a small team even smaller.

Don't understand. Big teams manhandle the Knicks. No matter how many three pointers get hoisted up these days, size matters – a lot.

The Knicks get away with being small against maybe three quarters of the teams in the league. But they are at a huge disadvantage when playing the Big Boys.

  2. See this is the problem, the announcer at the beginning FAILED to mention that Detroit's ALL STAR center Jalen Duren was also out. Made it point to only mention New York players who sat out. Total b.s.

  3. he said the "KNICKS" are giving the #1 seed DETROIT PISTONS …..CONFIDENCE… they're 38 – 13 after 52 games… but the Knicks gave them confidence.. wow! GO PISTONS DETROIT VS EVERYBODY

  4. Acting like the Knicks being without KAT & OG was the problem is wild. In their first match-up, KAT & OG had a combined 11 points & 3 rebounds. The Pistons won by 38. Also, to call KAT one of "your physical guys" is wild. KAT is as soft as a newborn babies head. He is fabulous though, in the same way as a female impersonator of Beyonce.

  5. Watched some of the game last night. I am a Knick Fan. Detroit is a very good team no doubt. Regular season games prove nothing. Injuries are what separate good teams from great teams. No excuses here but if I am Detroit, you shouldn't be so cocky for two games

  6. We went through the same with the Celtics last year I’m not worried. I would of liked to of seen kolek Brunson play together tonight to get the ball out of Brunson hands

  7. 3 qrts – Jalen Bronson – 4/20 FG 0/8 3pt. and All-Star? a ball hogging selfish captain!! how about Bridges? maybe he's good in defense but in offense? damn! brick after brick. then mike brown blame it to their bench!! WTF…

  8. The Knicks did not compete. They took the night off. There is no way they should lose by 38 with only 2 starters out. I saw a player running back on D when Detroit was rebounding and hitting a 3 ball.

  9. Don't forget, the Pistons beat us 3X in the regular season last year. I think this loss is necessary for the Knicks because this will push us to take the Pistons seriously. I'm not overly concerned.

  10. I don't know how others feel I think it's time to fire Leon Rose. He depleted our assets for regular guys, turn down Giannis antetokounmpo (twice) we are Cap out ,we can't make any move because we have contracts other teams don't want, and have a soft coach.
