The owner made a new profile pic of the team he owns, I don’t think you need to look too far into this. Funding is going to be difficult and the process will probably be a long drawn out process. Nobody, not even the owner would know at this point.

I love your optimism…..but I can think of 50 reasons besides the stadium funding an owner of a baseball team would tweet out said teams logo
It may mean that he secured a new deal with a hot dog vendor. /s
