Andy do you think the scouting department truly under the philosophy behind building a team. I know we get caught up RAS and PFF data but I think we really have to look at players on field personalities. Are we looking for players that want to make a play for themselves or for the benefit of the team? We don't have an identity on either side of the ball and we don't have a vet to rally the troops when we're in a dog fight. It's like we're weak mentally.
