8. I'd call this more of a reset than a rebuild, but it definitely doesn't look like this time last year, when the national media were predicting a new dynasty in Philly. The Eagles are built around the O line, and the O line was built around Stoutland. He was the core anchor on this team. Now he's gone, and it was ugly. We nearly lost Fangio too. We could still lose Lane, Dickerson, AJ, Goedert, Nakobe, Phillips, Blankenship, and Elliott. That's a much harder hit to the roster than we took a year ago. We'll also need a CB2, at least one starting safety, and maybe a center. An entirely new offensive scheme and philosophy means every player on offense has to learn to play their position differently, especially Hurts. That's a lot of upheaval, and not all of it will turn out great. It's not hard to see them missing the playoffs with this much disruption landing all at once. I also agree with Anthony — they can't wait any longer to draft Lane's replacement, whether he comes back or not. If he comes back it's almost certainly his last season, and he probably won't be able to play all of it. They'll need to think about who will replace Fangio in 2027 too.

23. I feel positive that we are changing things. Success in one year doesn’t mean that we do the same all the time. What worked in 2024 may not guarantee success. We change to stay ahead of the curve. I love Stout and will miss ayers from that special team but if we change we can also be growing.

28. This is one of, if not, the craziest off seasons so far. We keep getting blind sided, like Reggie Bush or Brandin Cooks, with bad news and uncertainty. If Otton is gonna get 12-13M a year and someone gives him a 3 or 4 year contract wouldn't it make more sense to sign Goedert to a 2/25 and draft Royer or Endries in the 3rd. Id like to get someone higher but with needing OT, OG, CB, etc. I don't see them taking a TE in the 2nd. Does Ertz still want to play? Lol
