  1. Rashan Gary has got to go. He doesn't even try to run and "gives up" too many times on plays that, for his calibre player and money, he has to make. Mc Manus is too unreiable to be an NFL kicker. I wish we could keep everyone, but of course we can't and I hope the PTB make the best decisions.

  2. Any cuts that don't start with Gary and Jenkins is dumb talk.

Gary, Jenkins, McManus. Restructure Banks, Tom, Hobbs and Jacobs. Extend Kraft, Watson and (trust me) Nixon.

Add in a couple smaller ones and you can bring back Rhyan and STILL have $50-60mil for FA. And that's after the rookie class signings.

And let me YELL THIS for the deaf in the back……. DON'T LOOK AT "POST 6/1 NUMBERS"!!!

Packers don't do post June 1 cuts. Which is SMART! They like to swallow the loss and move on. Because post 6/1 cuts impact you across TWO seasons, not just one.

First, the money savings don't help you THIS year if you wait. Sure it appears to be bigger savings, but the dead cap hit doesn't impact you until NEXT season. So you get ZERO free agency help this year AND it impacts the books NEXT year cuz you waited. When you pre 6/1 you get instant savings, dead cap hits NOW and you just take your medicine and be done.

Don't expect any of the cut candidates to ever be POST 6/1. The number is deceiving.

  3. Gary isn't much of a trade option – he hasn't come close to earning his paycheck. Nobody is taking that contract after what he's put on display. Only way that happens is a huge restructure first.

  4. The Packers will sign a kicker late round. McManus will win the competition in training camp, and then go on to cost us at least three wins this coming season.

  5. Musgrave isn't worth cutting he has talent and it's not a huge amount.Lloyd is an I don't know.If this guy can't play in preseason, cut him.Give him one more try..Again saving 1 mill is nothing..Doubs is the big one.Is he a 2nd or 3rd WR? I don't see a pro bowler clearly, reliable yes, but they drafted Reed and they have Watson with his health, Wicks, Kraft who comes back. Also, they'll get a few comp picks, Q. Walker gone..Hes only worth a 4th rd comp.He can't cover anyone…
