This is so fake! Báez suspended from the WBC because of chewing marihuana? Why not suspend half the rest of the league? Everyone knows everyone does it! They should recruit priests and nuns to play! Marihuana is legal in Michigan, for goodness sake!
Javier Báez should know the rules so I don’t feel sorry for him at all. Using cannabis it’s not really a big deal in my opinion, but it’s not fully legal everywhere.
I think the Cubs are set for this season. Would maybe like to see them strengthen the bull pen a little more. Will be happy when Justine Steele makes it back in June.
Big deal. They should win the central every year being the only big market team in the division. They need to shoot for a lot more than winning a weak division.

Don't really think you can say the defense at 3B is better. Shaw's defense was impeccable. I do love being able to move Shaw around because I think he can handle it.
Michael Busch is so underrated. Excellent defense AND 30 HR. Maybe with three GG infielders throwing at him he elevates in the GG standings.

Since the World Baseball Classic is an MLB & MLBPA organization, and since 2020, Marijuana is no longer an MLB banned substance, I don't understand why the WBCI still suspends for marijuana use? Seems silly & contradicting to me. Or there's something here we don't know.
Cubs still need a closer and a thumper to be the Tucker that wasn't. Great move replacing Shaw at third with Bregman. Still didn't improve that much from last year but a little bit. Glad Shaw was replaced at third. He should be a utility player.
Javvy should be allowed to play. the rule is dumb and weed never helped anyone be better at baseball
