  1. Micah has the athletic capability and relentless motor to have been able to play most positions well.

  2. Maybe to start his college career but not now. We would flat out stop running for the rest of the game before giving it to him.

Would he be good at it if we did somehow throw him in? Probably not. He’s a beast who knows how to read an offense in less than a second. That’s where his experience is

  3. I like how Parsons reacted to this! He was appalled because of the confidence he has in himself but also at the same time didn’t crash out or take too much offense over it. Perfect balance of professionalism and belief in himself. I would’ve reacted the same way. I also acknowledge these dudes seem like there was a joking undertone to all of this and that they’re just bros giving eachother a hard time haha

EDIT: Just watched Parsons Senior HS mixtape on YouTube and can confirm… he indeed was nice at Running Back lol https://youtu.be/RbaRcQqq5Ss?si=4vXopr5XQjzBljFj

  4. LB and RB have similar builds, so yeah. He’s about the size of Derrick Henry. I don’t think he’d be very effective at it today, but if he went through college as a RB I think he’d be able to be a starting NFL RB.

  5. As a Penn St fan that remembers Micah Parsons’ recruitment, the dude could have played DB in college if he wanted to.

There were a bunch of videos coming out of camps where he would just go cover WRs 1-on-1 and look good doing it.

He played MIKE and WILL at Penn St and never really lined up at EDGE. His movement was so fluid and coordinated that it didn’t make sense that he was 6’3 230lbs.

I’m sure he could have played RB in college if he wanted to, but it’d be a waste of his talents. He should have been playing DE in college. I’m glad he plays DE now in the NFL.

  6. Had he gone that route he would be lighter and more agile. Given his crazy athletic ability, speed, and motor he would be successful.

But given how much he makes versus a top tier NFL back he made the right choice.

  7. Micah could play 1st Base, Power Forward, Punter, Right Wing, a Lawyer, a Fireman, whatever the hell he set his mind to

  8. Watching him play at a camp in Nebraska and he was looking better at wide receiver then a couple 4 and 5 star receivers at the camp.

Parsons as always been electric with Football.

  9. MLF has the chance to do the funniest thing. Install a package for Micah out of the backfield!

  10. He ran a 4.39 40 time at 250 lbs. He’d be a monster at multiple positions.
