This isn’t a knock on Lamar — it’s confirmation.
👉🏾 Do you think the Ravens ever truly went ALL IN on him?
Or did they hold him back longer than they should have?
Let’s talk 👇🏾
That's not what was being said he was talking about when G-ro was there he even says Even Lamar told him he was tripping since then it's been all about Lamar people go watch the interview
Even when Dez was there, he clearly said Lamar wasn’t the problem and it was the staff when he was there
Eric Decosta should be look at big time. We blame Harbs as well. But the GM brought these guy in and him and Harbs was very close. Something to think about. And went against the grain. The line situation this year was terrible and that fall on Eric and Harbs big time
THIS IS INSANE. NO TEAMS SINCE 2018 HAVE DRAFTED MORE FIRST ROUND WRS THAN THE RAVENS Y'all love to make excuses for Lamar. 99% of players are system players. Lamar is not good at throwing outside the numbers.
Leggo
We been told folks that Harbaugh was the provlem and he was hindering Lamar!! Folks kept saying, "WhO's GoNnA rEpLaCe HaRbAuGh? He'S a SuPeRbOwL wInNeR aNd LaMaR iS nOt ThAt GuY." This new coaching staff better get it right.
Hollywood Brown full of it !!! He is a soft often injured player who didn't want to block. He's not a physical player…he is a finesse player
THE RAVENS FANBASE ARE FULL OF THE PASSIVE RACIST 💯 bro if you played football let alone in Maryland you know how the underhand game go. Now that Harbs is gone this can end. Hollywood is right
BRING HOLLYWOOD BACK WITH ZAY 🔥
Defense fell cuz they let pq walk I bet that throws off the whole locker room
actions ALWAYS speak louder than word's 🧐
I can't remember why but I was excited to get Perriman. He and Flacco did not gel but RG3 did and they did a good job together. It was after Flacco got paid that we saw him differently – he looked like he was not "Joe Cool" but "Joe Don't Care" and I think he saw the writing on the wall when we got Lamar because then it became Lamar then RG3 and then Flacco in that pecking order.
That’s big too hear cause the narrative is wr don’t want to play for him
Lamar still needed to develop and grow as a passer. He didnt come into the league passing like he was now…
The Ravens have always chosen and backed Lamar. They ditched a SB winning QB for him. They designed and entire team and offense around him. Brough in a great offensive coach and even fired the HC. How on earth didn’t the team fully back Lamar? This take is really stupid and backed by 0 facts.
Bring Hollywood back. Personally I think he brought more juice than Bateman does.
Hollywood lost credibility when he started to whine about not getting enough targets when he got plenty. He thinks he's better than he is. Should have gotten to and won the SB in 2019 and 2023. Real simple. The team CHOKED.
Dez Bryant said the same thing
You forgot to mention he won another MVP under Monken
I was disappointed when we drafted Hollywood. AJ Brown was the clear guy. He just fit the Ravens. DK was the 2nd choice. You wouldn’t have had to feed a bunch of guys. You get AJ and put an Edelman, Brandin cooks type next to him who doesn’t want a lot of money and gets the job done. That way you can use multiple backs, TE and your No 1 receiver gets to eat as much he wants still. Now you only have to pay big a few weapons on offense.
At this point I think the youth on coaching staff will be the game changer to bring the team to a whole new level. It was a much needed change for far too long.
Good content. Although Bobby Trosset is a clown.
We spend too long with Greg Roman. Never invest the receiver core . With either development/usage of our players or getting a free agent who isn’t in his mid 30’s
Why Ravens Didn’t Build Around Your Skill Set, Or Why Kansas City Didn’t Give You The Ball🤔 One Thing They Got Right Was ,Flowers Was Coming,So What That Say About You!!🤦🏾♂️😈🐦⬛
Or You Thought They Was Going Pay You WR1 Money For WR3 Skill Set, NOT🤣😮💨😈🐦⬛
lol the giants hired Greg Roman lol
I can't stand Hollywood falling down Brown
They held them back because this league can't handle race …. STILL
That jacket is tough I need that
19:34 the injury
The system (or at least the style of the system) they ran when Lamar first got there is something Harbaugh always wanted. It wasn't actually about Lamar himself. Harbaugh took the job hoping he'd be able to coach Steve McNair for a few seasons but McNair retired 3 months later and they drafted Flacco. While Flacco was never a runner, they ran him a fair amount his first few years. Then Harbaugh drafted Tyrod to develop in the background and hopefully replace Joe but Joe won the SB. If that didn't happen, I genuinely believe we would've moved forward with Tyrod and running a system similar to Lamar's early years. Harbaugh genuinely showed more hurt losing Tyrod than he did moving on from Joe. Then Tyrod made a Pro Bowl and then he took the Bills to the playoffs in 2017 (which eliminated us) and we follow that up by drafting an even better version of Tyrod because Harbaugh goes to the front office and says "I told you so." The issue is, it was 2018 and they were living out an idea that hadn't evolved since 2008 because they hadn't gotten to do it. The closest thing to getting to do was his brother attempting to do it in San Francisco (with Smith and Kap) and that's how Greg Roman enters the picture. It's sad when you think about it but we basically got to see someone's dream fall. And yes I know his decisions, planning and lack of, etc played a significant role in this.
Football minds have known this for years which is why we were calling for Harbough’s departure for years.. shoutout Hollywood using his voice. Bring Hollywood back and make a play for a big possession receiver, AJ Brown will suffice lol .. still disappointed in them choosing Andrews over Likely and that blame falls directly on the front office.
Hollywood was kool but r we 4get'n about how many drops he had?.I'm jus ask'n
It was obvious they weren’t all in when they said the offense built for Lamar was an offense he nerve ran. I don’t believe Harbaugh truly believed in LJ in the beginning.
Without diggs josh Allen was Luke warm…..and ain't been the same….
….
Just like several guys said coming through our D. Harbaugh got rid of all the alpha personalities because he wanted to be that guy. So we lost the attitude on D that mean punch you in the mouth style D. Harbaugh eroded our the physicality of our D slowly over the 18 years he was here.
AKA Waisted his 1st 5yrs 🤦🏾♂️
24:29 It's not funny, but it is. You can't make this up. 🤦🏾♂
