I may have misread or misunderstood…but didn’t he get an aggravated stalking charge because he ignored an existing restraining order/mandate/something of the sort to stay away from her? How does that change given now he has a pre-trial stay away order?
(This is a genuine question, I’m not trying to be a smart ass – I’m genuinely just trying to understand the legality of this)

Crazy that in the the moment there wouldnt be a second where you stop and go, “this could screw everything up for me, maybe I should just take a breath and go home”.
