After watching Drake in the playoffs – I’m grateful for Caleb.
My Caleb jersey (hopefully) arrives on Tuesday. Can’t wait. That and my Madden 26 Bears franchise will hold me over till next season.
Regular season stats aside, Caleb looked like a superior quarterback in the playoffs.
I like Sam Darnold and Drake Maye. They’re both really good quarterbacks. But I think Caleb is going to be better. Right now, Caleb is the most clutch qb in the NFL.

This year has totally flipped my view on sacks. Watching Caleb makes me believe sacks are 80% a QB stat. The best ever didn’t take sacks. Brady, manning, even mahomes doesn’t take them.

While Mayes offensive line did him no favors, his pocket awareness is just horrendous
I try, really hard, not to get caught up in hype. I try, really hard, not to trade in hyperbole. I try, really hard, to not to see players through “bear colored” glasses. So, I say this with extreme caution and reservation. The throws Caleb made against GB(4th & 8, also game winner to DJ) and the throw to Kmet against LA are two of the most insanely, unbelievably good throws I have ever seen. Ever. I can’t yet say that those throws reveal a generational talent at QB, but I can say I’ve never ( in 40+ years) been more excited to see how our QB develops. And I’m as hopeful as I’ve ever been in my adult life. Caleb’s abilities are unfathomable I just hope the org doesn’t fuck up everything around him.
I’ve been holding off on watching that 2025 Caleb highlight drop by the NFL. Gonna enjoy it now and look forward to next season. Caleb will be the first QB from the 2024 class to win the SB. I just know it.

I don’t know how anyone can watch Drake Maye and actually believe he’s a better QB than Caleb.
Maye took 21 sacks and fumble 8 times this postseason both are a record for a single postseason
He look like last Year Caleb out there with how long he was holding onto the ball
