The Rockets had their third-highest three-point attempts total of the season against the Thunder. Obviously, Amen being out contributed to that. The Thunder's aggressive help defense, as well. But Eason turns the Rockets into a different team when he's healthy.

No trades at all kind of sucks. But at least we kept Eason. Here's hoping he can keep his injury problems at bay and have a long, healthy career (preferably including multiple championships with the Houston Rockets).

  1. Hard to count on someone who shows up half the time. Even if healthy they’ll sit him.

  2. The best ability is availability and that’s just not who Tari has been.

I’ve never seen a young player not be able to play in back to backs because of fear of injury.

I love the guy, but 190 out of 328 possible games is not reliable.

  3. I really wish we can keep him this summer. Dude plays good ball and seems to be getting better.

  4. I love Tari. He’s a much needed energy for us when he’s here. So good. Gets a little over ambitious sometimes, but crazy good player. We’d have paid him if he weren’t injured so much, and he deserves it frankly

  5. Situations like Tari’s make me glad I’m not a GM. Because genuinely what do you do? Like yes obviously keeping him is ideal but at what price with his injuries?

  6. When Tari limped to the bench last night after one play, I expected the worst. Thankfully it wasn’t anything serious.

But the point remains, the team needs his shooting and effort, while he needs to prove he can stay on the court.

  7. i would hate to see tari go :((

while i am sometimes nervous when he dribbles the ball, his energy is infectious and necessary on our team.

  8. I would rather bet on Tari than get a Coby White and not be able to keep him cuz he is a UFA. A lot of Tari’s health problems are not related and can be seen as freak injuries. I honestly think a healthy Tari is our 3rd best player now esp with his high percentage 3s.
