  2. He is definitely lower on the prospects than most other places. Yesavage lower than anyone else, no King or Stanifer in the top-100, and Sanchez who has appeared on some lists way down at 17.

In general, Law is always concerned about ‘reliever’ risk and the issues with command and injury that unusual deliveries tend to have. For the Jays top prospects, that’s particularly impactful as Yesavage’s delivery is extreme of course, but King and Stanifer are unusual too.

He does have some very nice things to say about Parker’s bat, saying he expects him to hit for average right away and says he has as good a chance as anyone as being the next Kevin McGonigle.

  3. 4 Canadians on the list. I can’t remember a time that’s happened.

(Shaw, Bucknam, Piasentin, Macko (Born in Slovakia, but grew up in Canada))

  4. Sanchez at 17 – seems like Law is lower than everyone on him. I mean he also said the system was 25th in the league…maybe he’s taking everyone’s floor at their ceiling. Maybe he’s just click baiting.
