  8. The opening statement is wrong, so the premise for the whole video is in question.

    Terry Pegula did not throw Sean McDermott under the bus. He threw "the coaching staff" under the bus, and what Terry was doing was trying to get heat off of Brandon Beane. Keon was Joe Brady's pick, which Brady made very clear when he said the other day that he got on the table to push for Keon. Brady is clearly saying, "Keon was MY pick".

    So if you want to say Terry was throwing Brady under the bus, that's at least a fair and accurate statement, but obviously the rest of the organization is still OK with that decision as they promoted Brady.

    Terry is not a press conference guy, he doesn't know how to talk to the media. He should have kept his mouth shut, but his intention was only to defend his boy Beane.

    Terry said a lot of stuff, but if you listen to the whole presser, the answer to why McDermott was let go was, "we are stuck, and are trying to shake things up to get over the hump". McDermott has only received praise from both Pegula and Beane. It was one of those, "we can't keep doing the same thing".

    As a Bills fan, I have reservations on the Bills being able to improve. I think most of the reasons they get stuck in the playoffs boil down to bad luck. Each loss was different and all have unique crazy things that went into the loss. McDermott is the winningest coach over the past 5 years. No one has won more games than McDermott. So I don't know how you go from "the best", to "even better", but that's the hope. Maybe the Bills will get better.
