Keep in mind, Torry Holt isn't a HOFer (not saying he isn't, but how flawed the HOF is.)

No
not close to a HOFer. Rams ring of honor guy (not even sure if we have that) sure
No. It’ll be an uphill battle
I love the guy, but I don’t think he gets in the HoF
Sometimes I wonder if he would have had the same career without Stafford
Tory Holt is not in the HOF.
As much as love Kupp, I don’t see him making it if someone like Holt can’t even make it.
I could never get behind Kupp if Torry Holt never gets in.
He had 2 really good years.
Less than 9,000 yards and 59 TDs.
A guy that missed too many opportunities with injuries and a career of “what if”.
Also, I think the poster is a bot Karma farming.
Accolades wise, he has the greatest single receiver season in NFL history, so there is a chance.
With how long it’s taking Torry Holt to get in, I don’t see Kupp ever getting in — at least not for a while sadly
Ehhh it’s tough, most people are going to argue his SB mvp but as much as I love Coop he really only had one standout year
I’m out on this one.
The bar is SO HIGH for WRs. You basically either have to be Mr consistent your entire long career, or just put up ungodly numbers over a slightly shorter career to even be considered. Kupp might have had a shot with a few more >1000 yd seasons. But injuries just kept him sidelined over too many of his peak years.
Hell, Torry Holt is well above Coop’s production, and he’s still not in the hall.
His HoF monitor is 38 right now. Average is 102. Even if it’s an imperfect measurement he’s nowhere close.
Yes. Super Bowl MVP and two time winner.
He unfortunately missed too many games while already being a rookie at 24
If Tory Holt has hard time getting in to Canton, Cooper will not even make it. His 1 super year will be talked about forever tho.
Hes gotta hit 10k+ to enter the convo
He doesn’t have the longevity, and I don’t think he’s gonna boost his numbers much on Seattle.
If he had kept being the number 1 for LA, 2 more seasons of near MVP level would’ve probably been enough, but having to compete with Puka, and now JSN, made it way too hard to keep pace.
No
man honestly if he had a better QB than Goff his early career numbers would look way better than it looks now
idc but if we have Kupp in 2018 we edge out the Patriots in a close game
Dude has the gnarliest outlier season in history. If you take away his triple crown year then I doubt anyone outside of Rams fans even remembers who he is at this point. I don’t know of any other NFL player that would fade into obscurity so hard if you removed their best season. Unfortunately you don’t get into the hall with one good (arguably the best) season.
He had the best WR season I’ve ever seen, but no other year got anywhere close to
I don’t think so. He’s def in the hall
Of very good tho.
If torry isn’t in then hell no and I love kupp
He’d have to have a renaissance at this point. and its unlikely.
He had a *very* high peak, but it was too short. You’d typically expect a HOF guy to be top 5 for 4-5 years. Not only that, but he’s got quite a ways to go for a lot of the counting stats.
His Injuries and production over the last few seasons are not ideal for HOF perspective.
He’s realistically 2 all-pro type seasons (>1200 yards >8 TDs) and probably 3-5 more “productive” (>900 yard ~6 TDs) seasons away from even being in the conversation with guys like Reggie Wayne and Torry Holt (who also aren’t in).
Torry Holt ain’t even in Kupp doesn’t have a chance sadly.
Tory Holt can’t get into the Hall and he’s better than Kupp even if I love Kupp more he just has been too hurt throughout his career.
Not even close.
No. WR might be the hardest position to make it in as with how saturated it is. If Holt still isn’t in, then Kupp definitely doesn’t.
For that one season yes. Career wise, no. Cooper Kupp will go in the Rams Ring of Honor.
I love the dude, even with him playing for a division rival (it stings a lot less after hearing how the Rams organization treated him on the way out the door), but he’s not there yet. And with his age and history of injuries, I don’t think he’ll get there.
The *ONLY* thing he has going for him is that you can’t tell the story of the NFL without mentioning his 2021 season.
Problem being that based on all evidence; that 2021 season was the outlier, not the norm.
I love Kupp. I think he’s one of the greatest ever at creating space at the top of his routes. In his prime when 100% he was arguably the most dynamic WR in the NFL. Completely unguardable. Dude just couldn’t stay healthy.
Ultimately he’ll be one of the biggest “what ifs” of the last 20 years. Just like Todd Gurley.
