How would we feel about Njoku?

  1. No. Bryce isn’t a good TE qb. Good tight ends like to exploit the seams and deep middle and deep out throws and Bryce isn’t great at those types of throws. The best tight ends benefit most from taller qbs with stronger arms who can throw well from the pocket as well as scrambling. Our tight ends are rarely targeted down field and most of their catches are 5-7 yards down the field.

  2. As long as he doesn’t ask for too much, I’m all in. He’s been consistent with some pretty rough qb situations, and every qb he played with seemed to find him the ball. He’d be great for Bryce, but it depends on the price.

  3. I don’t think we utilize TE enough for it to be worth an investment of our fairly limited cap space. I’m not sure we’re the kinda team he’d want to go for a low deal with either
