If you drop the 50% FG requirement, then you get this list: https://www.sports-reference.com/stathead/tiny/8H3Iz with Flagg among the top eight along with Embiid, KD, Jordan each with a 5-streak and Coop, Kawhi, Dirk, and Malone each with a 4-streak.
If you just look at rookies, then you only have two other players on the list, both just with 2-streaks: Jordan in 1985 and Lionel Simmons of the 1990-91 Kings.
Disclaimer: I realize that such lists are subject to "cherry-picking bias"—but also, I am not trying to make any implied claims here. This is just for fun.

The best thing is that it doesn’t look like he is scoring that many points because so much of it just looks effortless.
Pretty good for a guy who would supposedly be going sixth in next years draft
Greatness personified
Wow, cant wait to see the top 5 from this year’s draft do even better than this!
He’s obviously been great, but also kinda these vibes

A very niche requirement, but cool, none the less
I think Coop’s finishing is going to be as close as any normal NBA player can get to Kai, he’s already got shades of Kyrie with the way he just makes off balance wild shots at the rim
He’s obviously a great player but these stats like 6+RB or <= 3 TOV seems a bit random. For example why not 5+RB or 7+RB, why exactly 6?
The more stats your stat has the less it really means
Cooper Flagg: the best player to ever have the name cooper flagg
