[Nakos] Vanderbilt pass rush specialist Will Smart is being hired by the Green Bay Packers, sources tell @On3. He’s a former Wake Forest defensive lineman.

8. Didn’t watch enough Vandy ball this season to know how I feel about this. Relatively fresh ideas at the very least, I suppose.

9. One thing I will say about all the hires this year is that I feel like it’s the best hires we have done in a very, very long time. Maybe since Holmgren’s coaching staff. A lot of potential on the team. I think they can really turn things around. I also feel like we diversified by not going to one coaching tree.

16. There’s a lot of hate on this subreddit for a guy who was our second best edge *and* interior defensive lineman.

    I hope this guy makes us pay LVN because he was having a serious upswing until he hurt his foot.
