Word on the street is that he’s Willy Smart. I’ll show myself out.
I dig this (I’m only basing this on the fact that his last name is Smart)
As someone who grew up watching Vanderbilt football it’s crazy that they’re a specialist at anything football related
That’s cool, can we get an OL specialist too while we’re at it?
If he can make Van Ness do literally anything besides bull rush he’s a home run hire
Didn’t watch enough Vandy ball this season to know how I feel about this. Relatively fresh ideas at the very least, I suppose.
One thing I will say about all the hires this year is that I feel like it’s the best hires we have done in a very, very long time. Maybe since Holmgren’s coaching staff. A lot of potential on the team. I think they can really turn things around. I also feel like we diversified by not going to one coaching tree.
That’s a Smart hire
Hes about as old as our team average with two years of experience as a graduate assistant. Wonder how this all came about, he must have flashed something to get such a gig with GB
Now do OC and ST lol
Hopefully he can salvage Van Ness into something
Four times on the Dean’s list as an undergraduate. Smart is smart.

Hope he doesn’t consider this a side gig
There’s a lot of hate on this subreddit for a guy who was our second best edge *and* interior defensive lineman.
I hope this guy makes us pay LVN because he was having a serious upswing until he hurt his foot.
Is he good? I need to know how much to overreact
This is the type of low key moves the packers are great at. Hope to see him grow and advance.
