32. This is so awesome. Valdez and JV? And a shout out to Mickey Lolich. Rest in Peace, Mick. You and the boys of the summer of 1968 will always be heroes to me. The Tigers need to add a monument to Comerica's monument row of that iconic moment when Mickey got the last out in game 7 of the 68 series and leaped into Bill Freehan's arms in celebration of the WS win.

37. I played Baseball from the ages of 4 until 22, from T ball through travel and high school and a full college career and JV has been pitching in the manors the whole time

38. This is one of the happiest days I’ve had as a tigers fan in years, it’s really hard to describe how much JV meant to all Tigers fans who grew up in the 2010s. I love being a Tigers fan and being a part of this community. So glad our boy is home. Go Tigers forever
