Well there's gonna be some Olympic hockey soon (in fact, the ladies are already underway!), but if you're dying for some Penguins action, might I suggest this classic from October of 2005? (I just YouTubed it, and it was thoroughly enjoyable!)

Penguins vs. Thrashers

Nostalgic names on the Pens:
-Lemieux and Crosby playing together!
-The Recchin' Ball!
-A blue line that had Gonchar, Tarnstrom, Scuderi!
-Ryan Malone, John LeClair!
-The "we're really fast but seldom impactful" Konstantin Koltsov and Rico Fata!
-Ziggy Palffy, who I wish was a Penguin for a little longer than he actually was!
-Rookie Max "Ssshhh" Talbot!
-Eddie O's one and only season as a coach!
-Mike Lange and Bob Errey in the broadcast booth, the way God intended it!

It's confusing as hell to see a #71 out there that isn't Malkin though, haha. (Koltsov)

Nostalgic Thrashers too! Kovalchuk, Hossa, Holik, Kozlov, Steve Shields!
Peter "Wait When Did He Become a Thrasher?" Bondra! And Marc Savard, which is kind of sad to see knowing how his career would end :/

If you want to avoid spoilers (if you haven't seen it, it's new to you!), then just, hey, enjoy a classic from a little over 20 years ago.
This game has so much going on though. Including Mario scoring a goal assisted by Crosby, Gonchar with a pair of beauties, lots of Mike Lange signature calls, and Mario Lemiuex just absolutely refusing to lose.

The dude had a 5-point game in the season he retired. Who does that? One of a kind, Super Mario.

Anyway, really good game, and I'd say it's a Penguins classic. Fine viewing to sit and watch, or just to have on in the background. I think a lot of that is thanks to Lange and Errey. They were just such a good team. Lange a deserving Hall of Famer, one of a kind.
