Thing I like about kubiak here is that he didn’t get all fanboy about certain highlight players. Treated everyone equally and ‘ready to work’ mentality. Thats a head coach right there fellas

The last four coaches all felt like placeholders until they found “The Guy” – Carroll, AP, McDaniels, Rich Bisaccia. Some would argue that McDaniels was supposed to be The Guy, but I never believed in him so… THIS however seems like the best move since Gruden 2.0
