They're not going to Indiana. I grew up 5 minutes away from Hammond There's absolutely no way they're building a stadium anywhere around there and nobody's going to want to drive there, if they thought Chicago was insane. This is the biggest ploy to get Illinois moving that's all it is. 100%

A move to Arlington would encourage me to attend more games because I’m 16 miles away. If the stadium was in Indiana, I wouldn’t go nearly as often due to the distance. I think it makes substantially more business sense for the Bears to work with the Portage folks. Sounds like an amazing opportunity. I don’t get the emotional connection to have to stay in Illinois. They would still be the Chicago Bears!

From Chicago, Live next to Portage in Indiana now. Like the idea, but not a closed dome, Bears play in elements! Both New York Teams play in New Jersey and look at other teams also outside the limits of City they put on Logo. NW Indiana is still Chicago area.
