30. McCants has a valid point. However in Cam Thomas's case, hes a dynamic scorer thats undersized. Hes a combo guard that doesn't pass and makes poor decisions. The Nets put him on a trajectory to improve his decision making, play making, and defense. Over the course of 5 years he didn't improve in those areas. I think he's a great fit for the Bucks bc the stakes will be slightly higher and his role will be less. Good luck
