This is unrelated to Kubiak, but I believe that Tom Brady became a partial owner of the Raiders as a joke so that he could own them forever like he always did on the field.

A young Offensive Coordinator bouncing around from team to team for 5+ years before becoming a first time Head Coach, and people within the media being worried about the individual leaving early or randomly for another job…sound familiar?
I'm not talking about Klint Kubiak though. I'm talking about Liam Coen and the Jaguars. Almost as if the Media completely forgot about this exact same scenario just one year ago. If Klint can replicate anything like what Liam has in terms of changing the culture of a team, the players and their Offense, the Raiders have a chance to do the same.
