“On a recent episode of “The Tony Rizzo Show” on ESPN Cleveland, show host Tony Rizzo stated that an anonymous source recently spotted Q still in a heavy walking boot. Which is a bit concerning. With his healing timeline, Judkins should be transitioning to his rehab, going into light mobility.

With him not only in a boot, but a heavy boot, this leans more so that the ankle stability just isn’t where it needs to be. Running backs require the ability to cut and plant their foot/ankle to adjust and fly into another gear.

With the sighting of Judkins, Rizzo stated, “It’s not good” regarding his rehab.

This is the only pessimistic report regarding Quinshon’s rehab, and I don’t the validity Tony Rizzo brings to the table, but is this something we should be worried about right now?

  6. Speculation coming from someone that makes a living off of drama. Could it be true? Maybe, or it could be something to throw the masses during a down time of pertinent information. It’s February, let’s take a deep breath, enjoy the endless gray days, and let the young man go through his rehab.

    How much do we think Rizzo knows about recovering from an injury like Quinshon’s?

  11. Regardless if any of this is true, we don’t have a good backup RB so I wouldn’t mind adding to the room and getting Ford off the roster already.

  22. I like how they decline to mention where they saw him at. Wearing the heavy boot in Ohio, with the snow and ice could have been what the doctors told him to do to avoid injuring it more.

  23. I mean it’s February 11th, so I think by July itll be a different story. Let’s remember we all thought he didnt have a knee left so Im ok with it taking a little while longer if that means it heals well and correctly.

  27. Or maybe just maybe because of the type of injury they just keep him in heavy boot until it’s time to come off. Unless Tony is a Dr I would not put much into anything he says. The severity of the injury was less than expected so I am assuming quinshon will be fine by June or July for sure. Hell it’s not like the season starts in a month. We have approx 7 months until first game.

  30. Judkins was at the Super Bowl festivities over the weekend and WASN’T in a walking boot. 🤷🏻‍♂️
