Happy Pitchers and Catchers Day folks
We made it to Spring Training
The best closer… ever.
And the postseason version made the regular season version look like garbage.
Mo going into a close game was like going home to nice heated blanket on a cold winters night. best closer i’ve ever seen and he shortened games by his mere presence. You had to have a lead in the 8th vs us to be relevant during that time frame. i really miss him.
I was lucky enough to watch this man live every night closing out my games. I’m lucky.
Don’t want to be a downer but what happened to the lawsuit that he got? Can’t seem to find any updates on it after it was reported last year.

I was there! It’s the only game I felt I had to go to. Begged my dad to help me buy tickets because I couldn’t swing it on my own. He did an awesome thing and bought two tickets, I paid for parking and dinner. We sat pretty high up, but it was just perfect.
Anyway, it was a really special game. 2008 was a tough year for the Yankees, but I’m glad I got to be there for the last game at the Cathedral. I wish they never moved.
People really understand how automatic Mo was year in and year out.
Still gives me chills
I miss Cano more and more everyday
For the curious, that was Yankee great Cody Ransom getting the final out at first base.
