That was a wonderful ceremony. I was there, and I actually cried. I’m in my late 20’s so he played pretty much my whole life up until that point. For a short while after he retired, it felt like the end of life as I knew it. No disrespect to Pavelski at all, but Brownie will always be my Captain America.
That’s my Captain. No Lady Byng awards. Just a physical presence that wanted to make sure the other teams best player know he was being hunted.
