  1. My man went on a speedrun to collect as many felonies as he can in a single incident, like collecting infinity stones. He wanted to leave no doubt in being sentenced to prison time.

  2. Is this the maximum because some charges will be dropped. But he’s probably going to jail though

  3. lmao my man had a historic rookie season with us and said “Aight world it’s been fun” then went on a felony spree. Gotta love it

  4. No chance in hell he gets max. I’m sure there will be some kind of plea or agreements to lower that. But I also have a better chance at winning the Power Ball than he does at playing in a Falcon uniform ever again.

Hopefully however long he serves he can get the help he needs.

  5. No DV or assault/battery? Or are these just the felonies? Look, you want to fight the cops, that’s a man decision and you take your legal licks and I’ll watch you play ball. But these guys out here hurting women won’t be on my TV. I hope the Falcons can recognize the difference too

  6. So when no one gets hurt seriously 8-70 years but killing someone… Well that’s like 1-5 years and you’re back in the league lol

  7. what was that? most of the sub said he was gonna be fine!!!

he was always gonna face time for assaulting an officer

  8. I’m usually in the tough on crime camp, but 3 years MM for fleeing or eluding seems like kind of a lot. Is it just me or should aggravated battery with a deadly weapon carry a higher MM?

  9. His problems are two fold now. His alleged victim is cooperating, so the police will get her side of the story and evidence from any other instance before this. They dated for a long time, so if any pics or maybe even texts come out, then I don’t see how the falcons can keep him. And her cooperating only helps the police’s case on the most serious charges.

  10. Just FYI for everyone, this person obv put Jame Pearce Jr’s case into ChatGPT and it gave him this. AI is not 100% reliable. A lot can and will happen still.

With that said, I highly doubt he plays next year at all and assume he’ll spend some time in prison for hitting the cop with the car alone.

Idk if he ever plays for US again, but I don’t think his career is over. As a former Cardinals GM once said: “
“If Hannibal Lecter ran a 4.3, we’d probably diagnose it as an eating disorder.”

Basically teams can be very forgiving if you’re talented enough.

  11. If he didn’t have the LEO charge I’d say he’s rich enough he could get away with it. Florida won’t be playing with that one though
