Mike Vrabel Waits Outside Locker Room for All of His Players After Losing Super Bowl LX

  1. Love this guy. I just hope down the line, him being a player-coach doesn’t burn us. He also needs to treat the game like a business and make hard decisions, such as benching or cutting players (e.g., Harold Landry needs to go or undergo a contract restructuring) to improve the team or to win an important game. That’s one thing I liked about Bill. He would move on a year early rather than a year late, as he did with Jamie Collins, Malcolm Butler, JC Jackson, Trey Flowers, etc. Let’s draft some studs, resign people who want to build on what’ve accomplished on team-friendly deals, and let’s get back to the promise land.

  2. This brought me real chills. I don’t know why but I have a feeling that this is just one part of a much larger story yet to be unveiled.

Maybe it’s a story where heroes must fall to discover how strong they can become. Maybe I’m just crazy. Either way, I’m excited to see it through.

  3. this is my favorite clip ive seen from him.. and theres been a ton of good ones.

    what a fucking fantastic coach

  4. BB was perfect for the generation he coached for (almost all of) his tenure here. I legitimately think Vrabel is the perfect match for the new one.

  5. One of my favorite things about coach Vrabel is the way he believed in Mondre. After Pittsburgh, he had every reason to bench him or punish him. Instead he said something along the lines of “Mondre is a big part of what we want to accomplish with this team, we need him”. I dont think mondre lost a fumble since then either, and ended up being huge for us down the stretch.

The way he believes in his guys but holds them accountable is amazing. They want to play better for a coach like that

  6. And that is the reason why we’ll be ok 👌🏾 vrabel gets the players to buy in they will be back

  7. Mahomes got blown the fuck out in the Super Bowl twice – nobody gives a shit because he’s got multiple rings. We are just getting started!

  8. I thought it was interesting how direct he was with Hawkins about handling the team considering Hawkins is a free agent.

  9. Damn. This made me tear up and feel better. Been in a little funk since Sunday night trying to shake it off.

  10. Thank you Tennessee!!

Still remember after the WC loss to Vrabel, I was so mad that the perfect successor to Belichick was on the other side and there’s no way they’d be dumb enough to let him go.

  11. You all have a hell of a coach. Props to him for dapping up all of his players after a tough loss. They will play even harder for him next year.

  12. Vrabel was just such an astronomical win for this team

What an absolutely (easy) brilliant hire. He’s shown all year that he continues to do the right things with this football team.

  13. You can tell he’s hurting, too, between guys coming in, finding his composure himself. Not just the boys in the field that lost/feel awful.

What a leader, though. Changed the culture of this team big time. The Boys WANT to play FOR himb

  14. those moments of Vrabel alone and trying to gather himself. But then immediately going to coach mode when a player goes through the doors… wow

  15. He is destroyed and still finds strength to keep everyone else up, damn Vrabes, i love you

  16. Love how he’s clearly dejected but turns it on to be there for his guys they’re not gonna see him moping
