  1. Thanks for the update. Buster seems to be counting on the new coaching staff to make significant improvements in the performance of players already on the roster. Does this imply his dissatisfaction with the abilities of the previous staff to develop these players?

  2. Arraez makes very few errors at 2B. He is very sure-handed. His bad reputation comes from "advanced metrics" that say he has poor range, which sounds a little subjective to me.

  3. Not so fun fact if you live in southern Oregon, you’re in Giant territory and Mariners territory .. last year I had to pay for Giants games separately from MLB . MLB give you everything but the Giants games… Do you guys have any tips on watching the Giants games through streaming on Roku tv ?

  4. Ron Washington doesn’t just teach technique he teaches split second decision making, routes to ball, and philosophy. It goes beyond the “last hop” drill we see him do all the time. Im excited to see what he can do with this team

  5. Eldridge ST injury 2024: He'll be fine. Chronic wrist injury all season. Rushed to majors mid-September. He's fine. Surgery October. Posey says OF discussion with Vitello happened a few weeks ago on KNBR. Lol. So why didn't he bring OF glove to ST? Borrows JHL glove. Needs Mom to send glove

  6. LOL, cut out Posey saying: "Tingler had him in San Diego." Wash's drills are legendary. Chapman said Wash will demand certain things of me that may have "slipped through the cracks" to Posey, so why wasn't "eyewash drills" mentioned in 2024 or 2025 as a problem by Posey, Melvin or anyone else in org? Machado and Eno Sarris called them "eyewash drills." Posey gaslit everyone saying players were prepared in contract extension; burned $4 million.

  7. 1959 – 1965 The Giants had the same dilemma of where to play McCovey and Cepeda. McCovey played a lot of Left Field and Cepeda occasionally played OF and 3rd Base (when Davenport needed a day off), Ultimately Cepeda was traded in 1966 to the Cardinals for Ray Sadecki. Unfortunately for the Giants Cepeda won the NL MVP in 1967 and Sadecki never repeated winning 20 games like he did with the Cardinals. The more positions a player has familiarity with is a benefit to the team!

  8. Arraez…16 errors in 359 games, .988 fielding average vs. .985 league fielding average. We all have heard the other statistics aren't great in the field, but this is not like putting Bill Madlock at 2B (1970s Giant fans, remember him?). You can talk about their roster issues and bullpen woes all you want, but from a management and coaching perspective, it appear they're setting the existing 40-man/NRI up for success. Fingers crossed.

  9. I heard Wash do an interview on KNBR a few hours after this video went up. He sounded pretty excited about working with Arraez, and Eldridge, and Devers! It's enough to give me some optimism.
