NEW Broncos Stadium News at Burnham Yard, Renderings, Timeline, & More | Inside Broncos News

Get the latest Denver Broncos stadium update from the community information meeting at La Alma Recreation Center, just east of Burnham Yard—the team’s preferred site for a new, privately funded stadium and massive mixed-use district. Plans discussed include a roughly 150-acre redevelopment with an entertainment district, housing, expanded green space, similar parking capacity to Empower Field, and major RTD/light-rail additions to handle game-day traffic. The Broncos’ target is to open the stadium for the 2031 NFL season, with construction potentially starting as early as 2027, while team president Damani Leech noted there’s no architect or official renderings yet. Follow along for every update on the Broncos’ new stadium timeline, zoning/permitting steps, and what’s next—like, subscribe, and turn on notifications. Zac Stevens goes inside Broncos for the latest updates for Broncos Country.

  1. Disappointed that they are not considering an underground RTD stop but 3 separate platforms (or stations) is good so that more trains can load and unload, especially during game day and other large events.
